Materials Needed

  • Comfortable clothing : short sleeve t-shirt, leggings or yoga pants or long style shorts, light weight jacket or sweater
  • Yoga mat: costs can range from $15 upwards; quality and thickness can vary - I recommend a 6mm thick mat for kneeling comfort. Decathlon sells 8 mm mats.
  • Small pillow or bolster
  • 2 yoga blocks
  • 1 tie or strap or scarf
  • An open mind!
  • Please refrain from wearing fragrant products due to severe allergies

Supplies can be found at Dicathlon, Winners, Canadian Tire and Superstore.

There are some ties, blocks and bolsters in the studio but you may prefer to use your own in class as well as for home practice.

Yoga is best performed in bare feet for optimal traction to prevent slipping. Non-skid socks may be an option for some.

We will continue to follow current Covid-19 protocol as required by N.S. Public Health and post changes on the studio door. The studio is well ventilated with a HEPA filter.
